schedule a tattoo


please provide me with all of this info:

- full name 

- description of design + references (be as specific as possible) 

- size in inches 

- placement 

- date/time of your availability 



also, please note:  

- a non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment


the full price will be based on how detailed the design is and the placement of the piece.


if we are doing a custom design, please be aware that I will not show the design until the day of the appointment. We can make any changes in person and if you want, we can schedule an in person consultation before the appointment to go over ideas 💕

deposits


a non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment + the deposit will be taken off the final price of your tattoo.


you will lose your deposit if:

- you do not show up to your scheduled appointment

- if you cancel with less than a 48 hour notice

- if you are more than 25 minutes late


if you re-schedule with less than a 48 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to put a new deposit down to reschedule.


 if you reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited
